Juliana Ramirez
Juliana is an expert in technology regulation, market access, compliance, and connectivity public policy design and implementation, with a proven track record of securing licensing rights for several companies and advising governments across the globe. Juliana joins us from a leading tech regulation consultancy, where she advised companies on navigating regulatory frameworks to support swift and efficient market entry of technology products and services, managing risk and uncertainty. Juliana previously worked as an adviser in Colombia’s ICT Ministry, playing a key role in the modernisation of the telecommunications law, the regulation for public-private partnerships in ICT projects, the 4G spectrum auction, among other national priority projects. During her time in the National Planning Department of Colombia, she led the preparation and implementation of the National Big Data policy. Juliana holds a master’s in law and economics and is a trained lawyer.
